Yoshiaki Ito's Yosegi Stool is an embodiment of traditional Japanese artistry, inspired by the Yosegi technique of creating intricate patterns with inlaid wood and the Tsugite technique of geometric wood joints. The prototype was completed in September 2017 in Takayama, Gifu, Japan.
